I doubt that she was executed, was just crisis acting a death for intelligence because they required it for the riot script. There was no blood at the scene and blood would have been smeared everywhere. Also, a picture of her outdoors showed 'blood' on her face that was very fake red, not like real blood at all.
However, she probably has to hide out, or they executed her after the fact to keep the charade.
