I don't know, if your job is reliant on a political party or person that is elected, you generally don't have any skills. Just saying. I'm political, but in no way does it influence my skills or job.

The Demorat party spent the last four years roiling, that Trump was creating a great economy. They thought it was insufferable.
Don't tell me, politics don't effect your job. Although I really have been trying to wrap my present job up and get the hell out of there for at least two years. I've even posted about it many times here. I was told the day after Jan 6th, that my position would be ending on Feb 26.
There's no doubt in my mind, if not for the certain vile disgusting senile commie scumbag that got elected. They would have kept me around until at least the end of this year. Maybe perhaps even longer. They even left the 1099 option available which I'm sure they'll be calling me.
I'm not bitter that my job is over, but it really gives me pause. This company depends on Government contracts for new Government buildings, and remodel work and a booming hospitality economy. Both sectors now will come to screeching grinding hault. They may not even need me, as they might go belly up.
When I started there 5 years ago, they were in smaller location with about 50 employees. Over the last 4 years, they moved to a space 4 times bigger, even have an off location warehouse, bought another business in a related field. They were employing over 400 at one point. None of which would have happened under Democrat or RINO leadership. Their business thrived and boomed. The owners got full of themselves like they were a tech start up that got an IPO. They supported the Democrats and every message, they even sent out an email saying they support BLM after the George Floyd riots. In 2018 they had Democrat candidates come give a stump speeches.
This company will probably be operating out of the back of a Range Rover in another three years.
To wrap it up then I'll let you go.
The last 15 to 20 years, most every company marches lockstep with the present administration's policies. Because there's most always tax breaks, stimulus checks that goes with it. This company had about 5 off the boat Muslims working there when I first started. One guy would get irate if you even talked about terrorism. They were working on more VISAs for more of them. Trump got elected and within a month all but one was gone. They never hired more since then.
We turned into a N95 mask distributor during the first layoff wave in March of 2020. They got millions and hired many people back at a reduced rate.
Your job is nothing but politics don't kid yourself.

Then later in the evening Trump came up and he snarled, and I asked him. "Well who did you vote for?" He so proudly said. "Joe Biden!"
I said "Well Congradufuckyoulations, now you're unemployed!"
What part of "Joe Biden will destroy the economy and cost millions and millions of Jobs" that you didn't understand?

He knows nothing about the reality of the last four years. He was clueless about the extent of the BLM and ANTIFA protests. As far as he knew, they were peaceful protestors.
He didn't look at a minute of Youtube commentary, or read one single Tweet from people that were there, telling what was really happening. He has been completely brainwashed by the Mainstream Media and fully believes their narrative all the way down to the last detail.
