I tried to think about it, but a satellite feed flipped my thinking for reasons I can't fathom.

I would hope the defense would call Elizabeth Warren and Amy Klobuchar as witnesses to talk about their knowledge of these machines that led them to write letters expressing concern about Dominion machines switching votes.

"In 2018 alone "voters in South Carolina [were] reporting machines that switched their votes after they'd inputted them, scanners [were] rejecting paper ballots in Missouri, and busted machines [were] causing long lines in Indiana." 14 In addition, researchers recently uncovered previously undisclosed vulnerabilities in "nearly three dozen backend election systems in 10 states."15 And, just this year, after the Democratic candidate's electronic tally showed he received an improbable 164 votes out of 55,000 cast in a Pennsylvania state judicial election in 2019, the county's Republican Chairwoman said, "[n]othing went right on Election Day. Everything went wrong. That's a problem."16 These problems threaten the integrity ofour elections and demonstrate the importance ofelection systems that are strong, durable, and not vulnerable to attack.”

Or these Dems who were very worried about the machines in Pennsylvania specifically:
"In December, the NEDC filed suit against the state of Pennsylvania, challenging the certification of the ExpressVote XL machine. The touchscreen machine has been approved for three counties, including Philadelphia County. In local elections last November, the machines malfunctioned, turning out inaccurate results that had to be corrected using paper backups. The manufacturer, Election Systems & Software, argued that the backup worked as intended, and the outcome was a fair and accurate tally.”

Just think of all that the US Voters might learn in discovery if the US Voters have skillful lawyers.

These are harassment suits, lawfare.

They'll make the defendants spend 5,6 figure sums on legal fees prepping for the case, then drop it in discovery.

This. Purely financial intimidation using our wonderful legal system.
