I'm a firm believer that when any organization grows to too large a size, it becomes corrupt. Companies, cities, governments, websites, you name it.
Small communities where people know each other always make for a better society.

In fact it’s not even close. Leftists are absolutely batshit insane. It’s actually impossible to converse with a Democrat.
Here, people can still have a reasonable conversation. Not everyone has to agree. And that’s ok.
Sam Walton had no problem paying 20-year employees on the floor $12/hr back in the early 90s. And Walmarts back then were clean and well staffed, with lots of registers open, not the tornado alley with lines 10 deep most of them look like. Still became a billionaire doing it that way. He was all about the location and the logistics.
But when the founder goes, well, Lee Scott the next CEO was the greatest outsourcer in US History. He used to demand suppliers outsource to China or be cut off.
