This was the first thing that came to my mind as well. He conceded and he's out the door in a few weeks, yet they're panicking and flogging that old impeachment mule back into service again. There's little chance Trump would run again in 2024 due to his age plus all the BS he put up with the first time.

I think they must be afraid of some information Trump is going to make public, so they'll attempt one last massive smear/discreditation campaign.

Trump should understand that these people will give him no quarter. They leftists, they're always out for blood and they will kick you when you're down, even if you gave them a fair break at some point. Your only option with these kinds of people is to go full scorched-Earth.

Special prosecutors would be pointless at this stage. They'd just drag it out until he's out of office, then President* Biden would cancel it all.

Jones is too far out there IMO. Bannon could be on the ticket though he is more of a strategizer than public figure.
