Sikhs are fighting for 40+ years to bring federalism in India and stupid Americans are trying o destroy what they have with central tyranny.
Must say that Americans have become stupid, American founders were genius.
Sikh Gurus were also great and told Sikhs How to achieve freedom, The future generation of Sikhs became complacent and lost their clout.

Sikhs won New Delhi 17 times and left it as not worth it... Now they have to beg from New Delhi for their sovereign rights.
It is challenge to Americans to fix yourself , Otherwise be CCP slaves for years to come.

The Shiromani Akali Dal realizes that India is a union and republican geographical entity of different languages, religions and cultures. To safeguard the fundamental rights of the religious and linguistic minorities, to fulfill the demands of the democratic traditions and to pave the way for economic progress, it has become imperative that the Indian constitutional infrastructure should be given a real federal shape by redefining the Central and State relation and rights on the lines of the aforesaid principles and objectives. The concept of total revolution given by Lok Naik Jaya Parkash Narain is also based upon the progressive decentralization of powers. The climax of the process of centralization of powers of the states through repeated amendments of the Constitution during the Congress regime came before the countrymen in the form of the Emergency (1975), when all fundamental rights of all citizens was usurped. It was then that the programme of decentralization of powers ever advocated by Shiromani Akali Dal was openly accepted and adopted by other political parties including Janata Party, C.P.I. (M), D.M.K., etc. Shiromani Akali Dal has ever stood firm on this principle and that is why after a very careful consideration it unanimously adopted a resolution to this effect first at the All India Akali Conference, Batala, then at Anandpur Sahib which has endorsed the principle of State autonomy in keeping with the concept of federalism.

Is Dinesh D'Souza a Sikh?? The dude doesn't dress like one, but damn he hates communism/socialism. Just started his latest book United States of Socialism, and I didn't realize how much socialism fucked up India, now it all makes sense. If India embraced capitalism and federalism after the Brits, they would probably be close to ruling the world.

No he is not.
Also Sikhs themselves were messed by communist parties(still many does) as substitute to crony capitalism.

India is very complex. It is similar way republican/democrats have become, capitalism/socialism etc. all lead to taking away rights of citizens.
The Sikh tradition teaches independence, freedom and service.

During Sikh empire that "warriors" used to go to King's fort every year and fire bullets to remind that "Khalsa empire is not his personal property but that of people".
America have similar strong traditions, But now I see Americans are becoming cowards in general.

You are correct. Personally I think it was feminism that fucked the whole thing up. That's probably why Sikhs are still badasses, been to a sikh wedding, that whole leading the bride around by a leash is something I can get used too.

Sikhs have very strong tradition of "powerful woman".
That is not leash, But a head covering as a symbolic togetherness, Like a kiss in western culture during wedding.

In Sikh tradition the main phrase to define woman is to say "All great men are also born out of woman, so she is still supreme".
We had tons of woman warriors in Sikh history(Also many Sikh names are shared between woman/man):

Feminism is hatred of men by insecure woman, This is purely western concept.

From whence, then, cometh our help?

From the states. In the spirit of James Madison, America is still a true federal republic. Yes, we have a powerful federal government, but also a localized layer of powerful and semi-autonomous states. The states are not administrative units in the way France’s departments are. They are, even after the Civil War, legal and economic units capable of administering their own affair to a large degree of independence.

Sadly, state governance has undergone a process of ossification and municipalization. The average state behaves like a sleepy little town, concerned with little issues such as picking up the trash, opening free clinics, and tinkering with sales taxes and the income tax. But that doesn’t have to be the case. Just look at California to see what an ambitious agenda can be accomplished by a state, albeit a blue one: An independent environmental policy, a single-payer healthcare system (in process), the abolishment of standardized testing, bi-lingual education, the ceasing of petty crime protection, and more!

Now, I disagree with each and every one of California’s policies. They have transformed America’s Eden into a fecalized hybrid of Honduras and Bangladesh. However, the state stands as an impressive example to the power invested in state governance when it’s accompanied by zeal and gumption.

Why should red states not do the same? The electoral majorities are already there. It is time to disturb the little dragons from their sleep and force the provincial lawyers who serve as our representatives to begin acting like men. Why should Indiana’s flagship university teach gender studies? Why should South Dakota allow its businesses to mandate of diversity programs?

Instead, every red state should pursue a holy bundle:

Death to DIE: Corporations mandating “Diversity, Inclusion and Equity” (DIE) programs should not be allowed to do business with any agency of the state. No contracts, no supply provision, no consulting. Employees forced into humiliating racialized training should be offered legal redress and be entitled to compensation on account of a hostile work environment.
Choke the Woke: Why exactly is there a gender studies program at Indiana Univresity? Why does Mizzou employ diversity deans? Clearly, the citizenry of these states oppose such rampant wokery. Yet out of inertia, neglect and impotence a hostile academic establishment continues to thrive, even in red states. Put a stop to it. State universities are funded by the taxpayers of the states. Funding for diversity programs, gender studies, and any form of education hostile to traditional America should cease. Rinse and repeat for public high schools.
Delegalize Illegals: Unfortunately, states cannot do much to affect legal immigration. They can, however, reject the settlement of Third-World refugees and illegal immigrants within their territories. All red states should enforce e-Verify rules and make cash offers to illegals to simply go elsewhere.
Does it sound to rosy? Think again. Phyllis Schlafly had gone state by state to defeat the Equal Rights Ammendment. She was successful. Florida is already in the process of passing a Stop WOKE Act (addressing mostly bullet #1 on my list). As my military commander used to say, wonderful things can happen when you pull the finger out of your ass.

And so, conservatives must press their representatives to extract the deeply inserted digits out of their recrta and to begin acting like men. If they can’t, they should be replaced. This is a LOW HANGING fruit, the citizenry of red states already support this.

Think about it: About 25 states can easily pass such laws, forming a woke-free zone of the Heartland and the South. Thanks to the wisdom of our Founding Fathers, such remedies are indeed possible.

There’s a lot of red out there.
