I saw a posting in a place I can’t comment like I’d like to.

Headline essentially was latina accepted on scholarship to Harvard.

I mean good for her and if she was a first Gen immigrant, then even more so.

But the fucking woe is me posts. Omg. The “oh latinos are always held down” and other bullshit.

Really? Because there was a lot of discrimination 70+ years ago? Fucking news to me . Pretty fucking sure I went to high school with Nearly all Asians and Hispanics, and while the Asians did better than the few whites and way better than the Hispanics, not only was literally no one holding Hispanics back, but most went on to college any way.

There’s latinos in every position in America. One in LA is a billionaire that owns the Anaheim Angels.

No ones holding you back except your own narrow minded ass.

Latinos are the next Republican base. White people got corrupted by wokey dokey bullshit.

Asians might be successful but they got there by religiously toeing the Leftist line, checking all the boxes for subscription to The Narrative, and staying clear of all attempts to open their prodigious minds to reality. So they are now the new clergy of medical workers and bureaucrats. They’re way too concerned with what everyone else thinks, so they’re susceptible as hell to propaganda that makes you feel ashamed for having a different opinion than the robotic newscasters.
Latinos might not be as smart on average as Asians, but they got that “fuck it” attitude in sufficient quantities to fully revolt against nefarious propaganda when they’re shown how fucking stupid it is.
Turning off Univision is the first step.

Next 4 years of identity politics are gonna be painful. Trump was uniting nation under nationalism, it was beautiful. But Dems destroyed it with mass spamming identity politics. Divided people easy to control.

I have a bit of knowledge about the top-school Korean-Americans. These are chidren who come form Korea as teenagers, have a father that works long hours at some high-tech, a mother that doesn't speak English at all, and still manage to get into ivies or similar. The amount of conscientious study is amazing. The whole-family plan of action is also amazing. At a minimum, affirmative action should only apply to minorities that work that hard. From what I can see, the affirmative-action kids don't have even the slightest idea how hard-working their "peers" are.

Mexican American kids are largely below average academic performers.
I know some, in one house the illegal father prohibits English use in the house.
The parents both grew up with an outhouse not a toilet.
In Mexico education isn’t highly valued, and isn’t very common.
I believe in sink or swim.

It's the Jew Liberal then the White Liberal trying to impress them, that sits and judges everyone and agitates race.

I teach a lot of Hispanics, and there is a huge spectrum. From a lot of really bright kids who are either local or happy to be in US of A to whining and complaining social justice warriors who think that not "bumping" their grade because they had a supposedly difficult life is a crime and discrimination. Plus a lot of Hispanics think that they need to help provide for their families, so they stop education and start working. Which these days may not be too wrong of an idea.

Growing up in LA when I was a kid there wasn't much of a difference between Hispanic and white kids, we didn't see anything differently were friends and got along. But around my 20s I noticed an animosity towards whites which just seemed to get worse over time. I blame it on increasingly uneducated worse off illegal immigration in the 80s, divisive tactics of dems, bulkinization, and radicals seeping into all levels of education. Some of those Hispanic friends from my childhood are disgusted by dems most have moved. My Hispanic friends from my 20s most of which are first generation are radicalized and I can't even talk to them anymore after Trump was elected because they can't stop being triggered.

My wife grew up in less diverse area but was red pilled in college after taking multiple classes where Hispanics where openly racist against all other groups. She had an ethics class where Hispanics students saw nothing wrong with helping and putting other Hispanics first and were very open about it and liberal professor did nothing to tell them how that is wrong in an ethics class.
