I was talking to someone in India recently, if gov gives vaccination for "free", most of them throw that money on alcohol on the way back as it became a social problem lately. In fact most of the population is back to normal life. No one at this stage need or looking for any kind of vaccination at all. Generally vaccinations may be contributing population growth to to keep country poor.

Ok here is my conspiracy theory.
