The assholes that created deepfakes just gave people immunity from ever being prosecuted regardless of what video evidence there is though.

As an engineer in Silicon Valley - NEVER store anything you want private on your phone. There is ZERO security on it. You can't even tell when it's transmitting packets unless you have some sophisticated equipment. They can pull data from it from 3/4/5 g whenever they want and you will never know, you won't even see that you've used more data.

They can also PUT anything on your phone too.

Unlikely. You can spot a deepfake once you've seen enough of them. There was a time that I couldn't spot CGI in a film, until I saw enough of it. There was a time where the original King Kong was entirely convincing to people. Now even children see it as obvious stop motion.

Biden's sexual exploits aren't that important anyhow, those are salacious - the question is his involvement with selling access to his father's influence.
