I'm no expert but its looking less and less likely they will prove their case in time. Its all going to dome down to Jan 6th. If you think this was a bag job pick up your phone and call your congressional representatives to let them know you want them to object to certain states.

Longshot but its the last line of defense.

Recall Rutherford Hayes was sworn in on March 5, 1877.

That is because he was sworn in before the enactment of the 20th amendment, which was ratified to significantly reduce the lame duck period between elections.

As of 1933, the new date is January 20.

That's the only hard, constitutional date.

Everything else is negotiable.

The fix is in. 65% error rate triggering “adjudication” which is just manual vote manipulation.

https://m.theepochtimes.com/security-group-says-it-audited-dominion-voting-machines-declares-them-a-national-security-issue_3617693.html

“ We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results,” read a report (pdf) from Allied Security Operations Group released on a website belonging to Matthew DePerno, a local lawyer representing a plaintiff involved in the case. “The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud.”

Correct. Given its Trump, I would assume its never "over". I could easily see him challenging the election well after Biden's swearing in arguing for years (basically as long as he can find attorneys who are wiling to risk being sanctioned). In theory, a finding of completely unhinged wrongdoing (say phone records showing Biden calling a dominion "fixer" who recorded the call showing exactly how the fraud was to happen) would entitle him to an extraordinary remedy. Imagine a May, 2022 runoff election between Trump and Harris after Biden was impeached and removed from office.

Obviously I do not think this is in any way likely, but knowing Trump my guess is he will fight this until he draws his dying breath.

Hopefully THEY (not sure who they are) don't kill him.

This whole thing has just shown how corrupt the whole system from the local school board to the head of the FBI. Now that it is out in the open they can openly suppress us. IF Biden gets inaugurated he promised to mandate a nationwide 100 day masking to "stop the spread". What he did not say is that all who don't mask will be identified for the reeducation camps.
