Do State Legislatures have to get the approval from Governors in order to convene to vote on the Election integrity?

What if the Governor is on the steal?

Something tells me, that our founding Forefathers, didn't intend on those trying to steal the election, had to approve of the Congressional session to investigate the Electoral votes.

It's just a hunch, but I bet there's special emergency powers afforded to them, when outside influences would try to prevent them from doing so.

This is the first and best SCOTUS worthy case I've seen yet. As the election resolution is up to the State Legislature, and not a damn thing should stand in their way.

What if they were trying to investigate the legitimacy of the Governor winning a second term, as well as the Presidential election?

If the Dominion findings are explosive, then every state that they have been used in could be in contaminated election by default. That would really fuck up the electoral count by dismissing elections in the States where they were used, and we are back to the House naming the President. As of now, so many corrupt state politicians seem fearful that their bribery around Dominion and everything else will see the light of day, so expecting spine from the State legislatures, Republican or not, seems almost too much to ask for. They are all scrambling to hide their shit.

They are already suggesting that the Dominion machines they are examining are swiss cheese to fraud manipulation, if not the manipulation baked in.

Georgia governor is a typical spineless politician. Don’t expect much out of him.

Spineless or guilty. It may turn out the Ga Gov has made deals and benefited from Dominion.
