I think fraud has happened but not this blatant.
Isn't printing ballots cooperating with authorities? I am not so sure omerta is really a thing any more. The underlings got wise that the silence was a prelude to concrete shoes.

Printing fraudulent ballots is cooperating in a crime with authorities, such as scams with SBA loans. The omerta bit comes in with cooperation with law enforcement that would convict you fellow mobsters. If Merlino "flipped," the mobsters who helped him pull off the vote fraud would be at risk of arrest.
But an associate says that Merlino might just be willing to flip on Joe Biden and the Pennsylvania political operatives who ordered up some 300,000 election ballots marked for Biden.
Do you really think an Italian mobster would flip? From the Donny Brasco and other histories of the mob I have read, they show that a mobster will rather die than cooperate with authorities.
