It's clearly not the server, which is working fine. It's not my home internet, because liberal sites load just fine.

It's something about the network from my ISP. Maybe deliberate blocking?

All fine here.

If Patrick.net doesn’t hang together, we will assuredly all hang separately!

I was blocked by Spectrum Wednesday night, so it's likely your ISP trying to censor the site.

Edit - my whole Internet was shut down...they didn't just specifically block pat.net

Works fine for me. My ISP is Comcast.

No been working fine. I'd rather chalk that up to general web overload due to bullshit plandemic stay at home orders, everybody streaming netfucks and getting fat. Been slower in general since zomg !COvid!

Over the last 24-30h I've seen various sites hang or have long load times. Doesn't seem to be just a Patrick thing. I'm in LA using Frontier fiberoptic.

Robert Davis Steele thought it was Trump demonstrating that he could fuck with social media and google-publish as much as they could fuck with him.

I haven't noticed anything Patrick.

Thanks, as always, for hosting this site - you're helping me keep my sanity!

All good here

I still get these hangs, not only to patrick.net, but also do "nearby" servers topologically.

See https://forums.sonic.net/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=16733&p=56468

Sonic has not really been looking into it.

@TrumpingTits

What do you mean by "from Google"?

Google should have no relationship with patrick.net at all.

Do you mean you saw a warning in Chrome?
17   Patrick   2020 Nov 23, 6:33pm

Thanks @TrumpingTits

Is your ISP AT&T, or some service that resells AT&T?
18   Patrick   2020 Nov 23, 6:41pm

Huh, me too.

I think the problem is an AT&T router between my house and patrick.net.

You in the Bay Area too?
