Also, you can't count in Roberts at all. Precedence be damned. He just voted against a precedent he himself wrote in a case demanding Obamacare be declared unconstitutional because the taxing provision was nullified.

Yeah, she's in a tough spot. More and more seems to be coming out though that SCOTUS may not even be a factor.
Don't know everyone's thoughts but the whole "Office of President Elect" sign behind Biden was in poor taste. He's not President elect. 100% fact even if there was no voter fraud. Massive red flag he'd do that. He wants to create the image of victory knowing it was all bullshit.

Notice that neither "Office of the President Elect" has a proper seal. I think that the office is funded by the government though, and there is a "controversy" since Trump has refused to fund Biden's "Office of the President Elect" until Biden is officially certified.

Mail In Ballots have to be COMPLETELY filled out according to PA State Law.
Remember - Article II of the US Const. and Bush v. Gore - are the law of the land. State Legislatures are supreme in setting the conditions, and neither executive or judicial branch can alter it. This includes County Boards.
They just made the job for Courts, a whole lot easier by flagrantly breaking legal precedence.
