The man in the White House wins, there's a reason, why every election people are nervous if the President will leave or not. Because as long as he's President, he's the commander in chief. A President can decide he's not leaving if he feels there was a breech in the election process. It's never happened but he'll be well within his right to not turn over power to a corrupt overthrow. Trump will have more than 50% of the support to back him for it too. He will have 80% of the legal gun owner support.
