Yes racial destiny. But not political destiny. Latinos in Texas and California are switching to GOP in droves. Texas has majority GOP Latinos. And blacks are moving right for the first time in decades. Asians are moving Left for some reason, perhaps they love the collectivism. Chinese and Korean and Filipino are the worst Leftists, in that order. They could change too, if they ever wake up and see what destruction the Democrats have wrought on their own interests.
