The coming fight in the full U.S. Senate over the Supreme Court nomination of Judge Amy Coney Barrett really comes down to one point of contention. It’s not the timing.

It’s not Senate Republicans confirming her in an election year after refusing to confirm Judge Merrick Garland in 2016.

It’s not COVID-19 or social distancing at the hearings.

No, it’s just one question: are Americans allowed to disagree with the left?

I watched some footage of the hearings and its entertaining to see how ACB hits it so well on every answer and how these attempts by senators to insult/bait/provoke ACB ended up in her showing how sharp, collected, calm and brilliant she is. It's almost too easy for her. It got so bad for the radical left that they started interrupting her right away while she's answering the question. A sign of defeat by the radicals.

She’s going to be confirmed so the entire exercise is just theatre by the frustrated Democrats.

I’m amazed at how idiotic they are.

My question is does it even have to be done? We all know the end result. She gets nominated. The left cannot attack a woman with however many kids herself and 2 adopted black kids. This was a done deal the minute RBG died. Trump and Republicans would have been stupid to not have this set up after the Garland shit and then how Dems treated Kavanaugh.
