As predicted the ballots for previous residents' kids have arrived.

These people sold their house and moved out of state 8+ years ago when their kids were school age. This cycle I was getting all kinds of voter information materials both for voters in my family and for the previous owner's kids (but not for Mr. and Mrs. Previous Owner). Based on that I predicted that the ballots for the kids will show up too. And they did. I will, of course, shred them. Now imagine a rental property where residents churn much faster than in your typical resident-owned SFH. The number of "orphan" ballots floating around should be staggering.

Exactly, the fraud going on this cycle in California is insane. There are also many women getting two ballots, one for their current name and one with their maiden name. I wouldn't be surprised if twice as many ballots get mailed out then there are people living in the state. California should be kicked out for gross incompetence this election. I also think this is all a smoke screen to get prop 15 passed.

Beautiful California, of course.

The only good news about criminal voter fraud in California is that it probably won't make much difference anyway.

Before you shred them, please take pictures of them to prove it really happened.

On the second thought I will not be shredding them. I'll save them in unopened envelopes. There is nothing illegal about keeping unopened ballots, methinks.

AB1931? Wow, your State Legislature passed over 1,900 bills so far this year?

AB1931 itself makes great sense, though.

Only received a ballot for one previous resident. Had been expecting 4-5 but the rest must have finally updated their address.
