Melatonin is interesting. I'm not a fan because it leaves me groggy in the mornings and I don't drink coffee anymore. But might start popping some again. Have a ton of it. Been slamming the D (lol) at about 4k IU daily. Whole family and I are taking a test today for active covid infection. I should take one for antibody or whatever. There was a period two months ago where I couldn't stay awake for much more than 6 hour stretches. No other symptoms though, just completely exhausted for 5 days and no physical activity to associate with the tiredness.
