Pelosi screams, "Trump has done it again, another MONSTER to SCOTUS!" "We will be sure these victims of Judge Barrett get full airing in the Congressional Hearings!"

Not that I think she adopted those Haitian babies illegally or trough any nefarious channels, like the Liberals is trying to frame it.

But the fact that she adopted 2 Haitian kids, while she already has 5 of her own, and there are so many kids here in America that need adopting. Is just the kind of Virtue signaling that raises red flags for me with her. Her sincerer blank stare is the same one, Roberts, Sessions and William Barr has.
I'm still hoping Trump is going with Barbara Lagoa she has a legit fire in her eye. Trump has a habit of sending people down a rabbit hole while he does something else.

Or it could be genuine virtue.
Lots of that in sincere Christian communities.

Quite possible that she and/or her husband got emotional after seeing misery in Haiti - so not necessarily virtue signaling.

Here you go, the attacks already there:

Funniest part is how they refer to child murder as "reproductive rights". You'd think voters on the left would catch up to obvious opposite thing like that... but nah they believe anything.

This is email from DNC I got (from Gavin Newsom to be exact)

President Trump just nominated Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court to replace Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

Amy Coney Barrett is a far-right nominee who will tilt the balance of the Supreme Court for a generation -- putting our healthcare, voting rights, reproductive rights, environmental protections, and more at serious risk.

Our work to elect Democrats up and down the ballot, to defeat Donald Trump, to flip the Senate and take back our country has become more important than ever.

Before Trump had even announced his nominee, Republican Senators had committed to rushing through the confirmation process before Election Day. It’s clear they are putting partisan politics over the interests of the American people.

It’s time for new leadership. This November, we will remove Mitch McConnell from power -- ensuring they never confirm another right-wing justice to the highest court in the land.

Right now, we need to do everything we can to support Democrats running to flip the Senate. There are 8 competitive Senate races across the country that Democrats have a real shot at winning -- 8 seats we can flip to take back the Senate majority, to preserve the rule of law, and continue the fight for equality and justice.

There, fixed it

Today:
"Trump officially nominates Amy Coney Barrett for the Supreme Court"

The left:
"Reeeeeeeeeeeeeeee"

There's a column on marketwatch where people write in to get retirement location advice. They provide criteria - like how much money they have, desired weather / amenities / culture etc.... and the editor responds with locations and info. Anyway, I just read one where one of many details they mentioned is that they're conservative Christians and would like a town w/ like minded people, and so don't care for night life.

Half the user comments are angry liberals either intentionally misleading them, telling them to move to an island and make sure to bring all their friends, or just disparaging christians in general. They're clearly sooooo triggered about RBG and Trump's consideration of a christian. Intolerance.

I listened to the full interview. She doesn't seem smart. Couldn't handle STEM. English Major picking between two parents careers - one a teacher and one a lawyer. I missed the part where she has done anything outside of academia. Another "thinker" that's done nothing by her own hands.

If abortion is the only issue you care about then you will probably be happy with this pick.

If you're a small government libertarian then don't get your hopes up for this papist. I gave up on SCOTUS after Kelo vs. City of New London. She seems like more of the same.

I’ve never heard that, but coney does refer to rabbits. And that quote makes a lot more sense in that context.

Coney is an archaic euphemism for vagina.

I think that stems from a variance on the word "carne" or Latin/Hispano for "meat." I say this because when I was in the Azores, the locals would get a giggle whenever Americans said "corner," which sounds like the Portuguese word for "meat", their crude slang for vagina. "I put my desk in the corner" or "Corner market," and so on.

WTF? Alumni? Who in the flying fuck cares what other people that attended the same college think. I get law professors having an opinion on Kavanaugh, but alumni? Feels like the Allen Iverson "practice? We're talking about practice" press conference. Alumni doesn't even mean they're in the legal profession as they don't state law school. So the Anthropology major signed it... who gives a fuck.

UPDATE: Judge Amy Coney Barrett’s Senate confirmation hearings begin

The Senate began its confirmation hearings this morning for Judge Amy Coney Barrett, President Trump’s nominee for Associate Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court.

Just yesterday, the nonpartisan American Bar Association (ABA) gave Judge Barrett its highest rating of “well qualified” in a letter sent to the Senate Judiciary Committee. Senate Democrats have called the ABA the “gold standard” in rating judicial nominees.

No photoshopped pictures of her topless in college with beer bongs or joints? No spring break pictures of her puking over balconies? No videos of her callously ushering thousands to their deaths with Covid by not wearing a mask in public?

I think the Dems just uploaded You Tube videos of Barrett cutting a fart at her prom dance and they are blaming her for Global Warming.

They just told her she is single handedly responsible for destroying Obamacare because she opposes government subsidized tattoo removal.

Amy Coney Barrett gave the perfect response when asked if she was reading from notes.

“You know, most of us have multiple notebooks and notes and books and things like that in front of us. Can you hold up what you’ve been referring to and answering our questions?” Republican Senator Cornyn (TX) asked.

“The letterhead that says United States Senate,” she replied holding up a blank notepad.

So the dopey Dems are unwittingly illusrating their own sexual discrimination, with regards to, so far, not attacking the nominee with outlandish allegations of perverse sexual behavior. Recall with Kavanaugh the unbelievable and vague recalled memory stories of a non-consensual romp on a bed at a high-school party that may have occurred on some planet, at some point in time.

The door is wide open for unsubstantiated allegations of BBC gangbang sessions with affirmative action admitted Nortre Dame law students, which explains the black kids. But, alas, the nominee is not a white male, and so we won't be seeing any such thing.

If ACB were reading from Joe's teleprompter, it would have read "No, Joe, you demented moron, you are NOT in Delaware!"
