(CNN)"Welcome to Freedom!" exclaims real estate agent Ashley Scott as she surveys the nearly 97 acres of land that she and a group of 19 Black families purchased in August.

"I'm hoping that it will be a thriving safe haven for people of color, for Black families in particular," Scott says.
The land sits just East of Macon in rural Wilkinson County, Georgia. Scott and her friend, investor and entrepreneur Renee Walters, didn't initially plan on buying a large plot of land, but they had a vision that was clear -- to create a safe space for their Black families.

"Being able to create a community that is thriving, that is safe, that has agriculture and commercial businesses that are supporting one another and that dollars circulating in our community, that is our vision."

Can we have a safe space for whites that blacks can't move into? White colleges for only whites? White TV for only Whites? White Country for only Whites?

Whites are the minority in the world, so I don't see why not. Minorities must be protected!

I dunno why people refer to black people as people of color. They are black due to lack of reflecting light/colors. White is reflecting all of the colors. Seems more accurate (although maybe not intuitive) to call white people colored.

At least we could just dispose of them with a single foreign aid check instead of a bunch of welfare checks and requisite bureaucracy.

Can we put up a pre-emptive wall around 'New Wakanda' to keep out the streaming masses of refugees?

Hmm, can you put a town in 0.15 square miles? Maybe a teensy-weensy town. A town that will be a magnet for every far-right winger nutjob looking for a fight. These same people will invade this town to test the legality of a "black only" domain. This will end, and not well.

I have a name for this town: "Racist Whistle Stop." The press might as well just set up permanent camp just outside town to document every "abuse" that occurs. And a rail line for potential political candidates to visit and spew their vitriol every election cycle. Between cycles, it will be forgotten.

Who will pay for "no whites allowed" signage?
What happens to the first non-black trucker who stops in to get a cuppa joe and gets refused?
What happens when a non-person-of-color wants to play golf? or join the Swim team?
Where do I register my white child for school? White kids have to be bussed in for racial equality, right?
And churches! Do whites sit in back?

I have so many more questions!!!

Wait until they try to fight local county ordinances. More Legal fees, and unfortunately the county has to use its resources to fight. But Soro or his minions will dump some $$$$$ in to "help." More waste.

CNN must be so proud of their propaganda skills.

One of the buyers said she was getting anxiety when her husband would leave for work each day. Now they're trying to build an isolated black community. All because media has successfully manipulated them into thinking that cops hunt black people.

100 acres ain't much tho...but I actually think it has a chance to succeed as a neighborhood of sorts. So long as it's populated by people who have a strong common bond (fear of whyte people), they might work a little harder to make it work. I doubt it will become some thriving economy like they envision though. I see it more as a place for them to be racist, tribal, and territorial. Defending the territory by rallying the "troops" against unsuspecting whytes that may accidentally wander / drive near there will only help reinforce their fears and resolve.

Because some french communist called them "Persons d'Coloeur" or whatever, but if you translated that like any other French term, it would be "Colored People" which is a no-no, hence the awkward "People of Color"

Building code violation? The county will be accused of white supremacy for tryin to deny them their human right to housing.

Uhh, why start a new enlightened city of 'Wakonda" when so many already exist? They already have such cities, they can just go to one if they want to be safe.

Also, after they get their safe, beautiful, self-sufficient community established will they refuse their EBT payments from white people too?

NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN.

Why move to some rural area in Georgia when they can buy a bunch of row houses in Baltimore ? Especially since African Americans make up a larger percentage of the population in Baltimore.

I don't think that there's nothing to it but the curves for most countries and states are too similar which proves that the effect if any is small. That's a mild reason for indoor mask use at the owners discretion, nothing more or less. The state or country shouldn't mandate it, it's up to the business owners and their clients.
