People who were there will be disqualified from baring witness, while expert thought leaders will be allowed to bare assumed witness.
That is the America Jack's Commie buddies has in store for America.
Jack is smart enough to realize, that at the time it was presumed Trump said this, anyone with the golden bullet that could have brought down Trump. Could have wrote their own check. It didn't happen or it would have been the top news story around the world the day it was supposed to have happened.

Defense attorneys will hire a semanticists as expert witnesses. This expert is a linguistic scientist. The semanticist will analyze the speech patterns of the defendant. They will give an expert opinion to the court and jury. The key question is "did the alleged confession given to the police officer match the speech patterns of the defendant?"
In the case of Donald Trump and the alleged awful comments that he made about US military personnel killed or severely wounded in battle, a semanticist should be called in to analyze Trump's speech patterns. Are they consistent with the words that he was alleged to have spoken about US military personnel killed or severely wounded?
