You neglect the fact that Clinton fired all 50 U.S. attorney generals shortly after he was elected (filling them with relative cronies); this was unprecedented in 20th century government.
I suggest you read a copy of Ambrose Evans-Pritchard's "The Secret Life of Bill Clinton." Pritchard was a high profile U.K. journalist who was initially very pro-Clinton, but his investigative side won out and turned him into a hater.
Remember Vince Foster committing "suicide" with two shots to the back of his head? If so, you shouldn't be surprised with the Epstein "suicide."

I think Hillary Clinton did all of the graft in his administration. In fact I have always maintained, that Clinton was handed a booming thriving economy. An economy that boomed out of several natural disasters wide spread around the country, that happened in H.W. Bush's last year. So by time Clinton came to office, the recovery wasn't a corrupt crony fair that it is now. It was left up to the working people of America to reap the rewards. All of the tradesmen, and all of the businesses that serviced those industries, saw the best boom time of their lives up until then. But by time Bush Jr. Was in office, Halliburton and like has put the kibosh on that, and made sure, that all natural disasters going forward would all funnel to them with no bid contracts.
Bill didn't do anything to disrupt the thriving economy, all of the middle class killing policy that happened under him, wasn't due to take affect until he left office. Bill wanted a thriving economy when he was in office. I also think all of the bad policy that was implemented was probably spearheaded by Hillary and her cohorts. Bill had to fight them to make sure they didn't implement those things while he was in office. NAFTA didn't kick into high gear until he left office, small Doctor practice killing HIPA didn't kick in until he left office.
His last years in office saw a tech boom, where office workers were making thousands a day, doing day trades in the tech market. It was Bush and Al Greenspan that killed that.
I think if not for Hillary, Bill Clinton's legacy would be more pronounced today than it really is. And you can see it in his face on this video. If you notice, Bill isn't leading the Never Trump charge, he wishes all of this never happened, and the news was just talking about his contributions as the 42nd President.
Hillary has forced every scheme and he's just a hen pecked husband that went along with everything she did. She probably has dirt on him and he has to go along with her.
But the reality his, people don't view Bill Clinton as evil as they do Hillary. And that's saying that, with the full understanding of his credible accusations of abuse of several women over the years.
