‘My school has made anti-racism training mandatory. Can you give advice on how I and other faculty might effectively resist such a mandate?’

‘My supervisor [at a government agency] has entirely bought into the Black Lives Matter narrative. What is the best way to push back against this pressure?’

‘How should I phrase dissent from [my private-sector employer’s] company-sponsored indoctrination? Is it worth it?’ ...

Be a Švejk and resist by punctilious, naive cooperation. Report White Fragility or How To Be An Antiracist to your Office of Diversity as racist works that need investigation. When your superior declares that your institution is complicit in systemic racism, ask which specific instances of racist behavior it has committed and who will be reported to the government for their illegal actions. Ask for precise definitions of ‘racism’. Throw sand in the gears. You may discover secret sympathizers. ...

Has your boss ordered you to incorporate ‘anti-racist’ propaganda into your work? Say yes, do your work as you always did it and tell your boss that you have been wonderfully ‘anti-racist’. Lose ‘anti-racist’ directives in your inbox.

And if our would-be tyrants seek to destroy you? Then imitate Thomas More, the patron saint of politicians, who took recourse in silence. Henry VIII had his Chancellor’s head off in the end, but More staved off that fate for years. So practice quietness. Answer questions with questions. Perhaps you cannot ultimately defeat the malice of the great, but give no hostages to fortune.

I especially like this bit of advice: "Report White Fragility or How To Be An Antiracist to your Office of Diversity as racist works that need investigation."

Turn them on themselves.

The company I work for is a medium sized company based in the South owned by a multi-billion dollar company based out of Chicago. The Corporate leaders out of Chicago are extremely woke and have been bombarding us with Corporate Communication emails over the last 3 months supporting BLM and basically accusing the rest of us for "not doing enough" and not having "uncomfortable conversations about race".

Yesterday, we found out that my company's GM was just moved aside to a newly created VP role and we have a new black female president of our company. Based on her bio, she has no experience in water infrastructure and comes from the oil and gas industry and has never been a GM of a business unit. My GM that got moved aside is claiming that he wanted to finish his last 5 years with the company in a research/acquisition role as he just got his PhD and wanted to spend more time on technology.

Needless to say, all of this looks terribly contrived.

Quotas and race based hiring needs to go the way of the dinosaurs. Get the best people to get the god damn job done. If black, brown or yellow people don't have the skills, tough luck, go get them.

The days when minorities were actively suppressed are long gone. Probably pushing at minimum 20 years and maybe up to 50 where minorities have been given benefits and opportunities above and beyond other races in a bunch of categories. Some failed with the extra benefits, they should own that and stop saying shit like systemic racism and other code words. You fucked up, own it.

Be a Švejk

This is outstanding: https://bookshop.org/books/the-good-soldier-svejk-and-his-fortunes-in-the-world-war-translated-by-cecil-parrott-with-original-illustrations-by-josef-lada/9780062835444
Tells how to subvert an idiotic system, written in a funny way, and as un-PC as possible. Does require knowing Central European history.
