We need an electronic tracking system where every voter can verify their vote online. Then, a single old fogey in a home who realizes their vote doesnt match, could convince all the others in the home to verify theirs too, and they would realize the fraud.
It wont solve all fraud (such as the old ppl who dont even know who they voted for), but if they can work on reducing the number of illegitimate registered voters (like cats), so that only live ppl are registered, it would make it much harder to cheat.
Of course, they can still mess w/ the code, but there can be defenses built against that.
Prison sentences for vote fraud also need to be increased. None of this 2 yr bullshit. Make it life in prison.

Got these ballots in the mail today: one for me, one for my wife and two for the kids of people who lived in our house before us and who live in another state now. So last cycle wasn't a fluke.

“This is a real thing. And there is going to be a f---ing war coming November 3rd over this stuff,” the operative, who spoke to the New York Post on the condition of anonymity, explained. “If they knew how the sausage was made, they could fix it.”
He added, according to the New York Post, that “fraud is more the rule than the exception” when it comes to mail-in voting.
The whistleblower described himself as a Bernie Sanders supporter and said he chose to come forward a couple months before the election in the hopes that election officials will beef up security.
The operative explained that the ballots themselves were easy to reproduce and feature no security features. He would put them into a copy machine and make his own. However, the return envelopes are “more secure than the ballot,” so he procured them from legitimate voters by canvassing neighborhoods with other staff members and convincing voters to give them their completed ballots.
He’d then take the legitimate ballots home, steam the envelopes open, and remove the real ballot. Then he would put the fraudulent ballot inside the signed certificate and reseal the envelope before putting the ballots into several mailboxes, as to draw less attention.
Nursing homes, he explained, are also fertile ground for fraud.
“There are nursing homes where the nurse is actually a paid operative. And they go room by room by room to these old people who still want to feel like they’re relevant,” said the whistleblower. “[They] literally fill it out for them.”
He said some postal workers participate in voter suppression by throwing away ballots in heavily Republican areas. Others would use the mail as a procurement tool for envelopes.
“You have a postman who is a rabid anti-Trump guy and he’s working in Bedminster or some Republican stronghold ... He can take those [filled-out] ballots, and knowing 95% are going to a Republican, he can just throw those in the garbage.”
State governments have changed vote-by-mail procedures in response to the coronavirus pandemic. California, for example, will mail ballots to all registered voters automatically, while other states will allow absentee voting without an excuse. Seventy-five percent of registered voters in the U.S. will be “eligible to receive a ballot in the mail for the 2020 election — the most in U.S. history,” according to the New York Times.
