I've mentioned this before and I'll do it again.

Dukakis in '88 was a totally lame candidate for President. Realize, for his home state of Massachusetts, he lost counties in central MA as well as Cape Cod. That's not even a slam dunk for a true blue state.

Now, if you take Biden and add in his dementia (which is actually adding a negative value to his candidacy), that's what Dukakis was but with a sound mind.
