Yeah, you know who you are ...

To quote Larry Fishbourne's character in 'King of New York' ...

"Fuck you very much!"

The Progressive Method is to make useful idiots feel smart and committed when they are really just being idiots.

You see the apparatchik 'smarter than thou' attitude all over Santa Cruz, and it is pretty vomitous. Sanctimonious and stupid believing they are smart and sophisticated because they have bought a subscription to the apocalypse.
2   Karloff   2020 Aug 16, 3:32pm

Watch how they react when some scientific evidence is provided that disproves their claims. It's smear time, a switch to "feelings" instead of science, or just outright denial.

It's never about facts, logic, or truth with a Leftist. It's about agenda and the "by any means necessary" to achieve it. If there's some glimmer of scientific evidence that supports their claim, it'll be trumpeted from the mountain top. If not, you can just take your racist math, numbers, and science and go back to the deep South!

Lol and a fairly weak one as well. Ex WW 2 soldiers must be rolling in their graves while witnessing what future pussy generations they fought for. Even the hippies partied at Woodstock during the hong Kong flu.

BUT,
but if we keep our masks on elect Kamala and pass the green new deal we will lower co2 emissions enough to finally abort the population down to a level where nature rules, and humanity is living a sustainable subsistence.

The funny part is that the mantra of double blind randomly selected studies need to show statistical significance chant they constantly talk about needs to be applied to climatology, which is a field that is hopelessly in it's opening stages of development. The data, simulations, and conclusions they reach violate all of those statistical standards that have been well established. I've said that for years. As far as HCQ goes, it would be great to prove it, and I wish they would set up a study to actually study it the way doctors are now recommending. They won't.

Or... we could nuke a gay whale for Allah.

Not only won't they set up a new study, they are actively trying to cancel studies underway:

https://www.bbc.com/news/health-53679498

The UK medicines regulatory body MHRA halted hydroxychloroquine trials, following a now-discredited paper in The Lancet claiming it caused harms.

Trials resumed in late June but the investigators says these concerns over safety, and the drug's politicisation, have made it difficult to get participants.

Prof White says hospital trusts have pulled out of the trial.

You can be sure that people in power are determined to eliminate even the possibility of more trials.

Still, the 73 studies (42 peer reviewed) provide profound and compelling evidence that it works very well if given early with zinc:

WTAF concerns over safety? Fuckers! So the millions of RA and Lupus patients who have been taking HCQ for years if not decades and never had a problem aren't a benchmark for safety?! Unbelievable. When this is all said and over there should be the gallows waiting for those actively suppressing HCQ with fraudulent "safety concerns".

The scientific method is the best way we have to publish, share and challenge science.

Believe in the process, not the people. The process is such that human error and bias is corrected over time as new ideas and reproduction challenge or validate older theories.

Science is open to challenge from ANYONE! The failure of science in certain fields is when we have groups of people who are beyond being questioned.

I think Tony Heller did a really nice job here explaining how this clique mentality has corrupted climatology.

This will be insufficient for our Garden-like earth to return to normal. The human infestation must be removed! Except, of course, for a few "caretakers" who will shepherd the earth back to health. Then, the utopia we all wished for will finally arrive!

Small issue: there will be no one to enjoy this utopia, since we'll all be dead. But hey, who's counting?

@Malcolm That is well put, and is exactly what is happening right now.

Scientists and doctors are afraid to tell the truth, because it's a career-limiting move. All their bosses are rabid with TDS and make it very clear that no science about HCQ will be tolerated unless it shows that Trump was wrong.

So now we have the weird situation of all the science showing that HCQ is effective, but scientists and doctors afraid to point to the science, except anonymously:

Part of the lefty scientific model is to intimidate via "popular opinion" and ostracize anyone who questions.

Incidentally, this is also their model of "justice".

It all makes sense, a negative Reynolds number encapsulates all of the airspace above the Lone Star state.

It's effects in concentrating photons has also caused long term brain damage to some of its residents circa Highland TX.

22   Ceffer   2020 Oct 11, 12:32pm

That's what's nice about having a brain that's already damaged. You don't have to worry about it so much.
