I finally stood up to one of my older friends in Santa Cruz and told him his irrational Trump hatred just exposed him as an easily manipulated media pawn. He was surprised, but thought about it, and agreed he needed to back off of his hate platform. He didn't even realize how he got there or why, but when his attention was drawn to it, he saw it was inappropriate and out of context. Such is the power of propaganda.

Bolded part. It truly is a sickness to hate someone. Especially someone 99.9999% of the country has not even met or interacted with. And it is hate. It's not a dislike or his personality or demeanor sucks. They HATE. Once you dive into that pool with no ladder, you're probably fucked as a human.
I didn't "like" Trump in '16 and I "liked" Hillary even less. I didn't vote for either and said fuck these asshoes. Never was it hatred though. Never did it consume me. They're both bad people in their own ways. Hatred consumes you though. It's a sickness. You literally cannot hate an individual if you've never met them or interacted. So by default you're basically delusional having hatred for someone you don't know. No different ...
