In the continuing saga of the Out-Of-Control Democrat Circuit Attorney Files Bogus Charges Against McCloskeys, questions were raised about the bogus charges since:

that in order for those charges to be filed, the weapons would have been capable of lethal force -- which they weren't..


Turns out the pistol they seized from Ms McCloskey was not operable. But this out-of-control Democrat Circuit Attorney had a crime lab disassemble the pistol, fix it and reassemble it so that it would work, then entered it as 'evidence' to back up this charge.

This is flat out illegal. This CA should be jailed.

I guess they did her a favor, a judge likely won’t like this and will throw out the case.
