Well below the partisanized Fox headline, you'll find the local voting authorities take fraudulent registrations seriously, but they attribute the cat registration to "get out the vote" third parties using old mailing lists rather than a willful and deliberate voting fraud attempt. No evidence presented in the article proving the partisan ties of the sender.

Who says it's not partisan, anyone think they are using Turning Point USA as a third party get out the vote?

The Secretary of State’s office said the voter registration application came from a third party group.

“Third-party groups all over the country are targeting Georgia to help register qualified individuals. This group makes you wonder what these out-of-town activists are really doing. Make no mistake about it, this office is dedicated to investigating all types of fraud,” the Secretary of State’s office said in a statement.

Also worth noting.... a human living at that mailing address could, presumably, fill out the vote-by-mail ballot and send it in. If the voter fraud were caught (somehow, not likely) during vote counting, there would be no way of positively identifying who committed the fraud. So, there's no downside to working this kind of scheme.

That original statement can be read two opposite ways.

And, for the record, certain districts in California take vote harvesting very seriously, too. That's how a representative who in handily ahead the morning after the polls close comes out losing a week later.
