"Non-diverse employees" means white. This ignores the fact that white people are a minority in the SF Bay Area.
And how can any individual be "non-diverse"?

I almost went to work for FB back when I was consulting in the Bay Area. HR took me on a tour of the campus and I had lunch in the employee cafe.
I can't say that I was all that impressed with the technical knowledge of some of the people I met. It was a very PC environment however. I guess that's good. 🤪

Just read the diversity initiatives (H1B). It screams replace Americans with foreigners, put foreigners (H1B) guys in the front and let them speak more, while Americans less.
Pretty obvious after a few pages that they simply want a ton of cheap H1B labor, and not much American labor. If they could replace everyone, they would.
