Idk why they shot him at the end... he was running away. Maybe the video missed something?Assaulting police, resisting arrest, fleeing and turning a weapon on pursuing police. Benefit of the doubt goes to the police. Split second to determine what is being pointed at the police. Within the context of this criminal's behavior, I'd say it was justified.

there have to be rules on shooting a running nonviolent criminal.

How's the guy who fought with the police is "non-violent"?
If the protesters had their way, they wouldn't just burn down this Wendy's, they would try to burn them all down around the country, because that makes sense.

On Saturday evening, Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms said at a news conference that she did not believe Friday’s shooting “was a justified use of deadly force and have a call for the immediate termination of the officer.”
The killing of #RayshardBrooks in Atlanta last night demands we severely restrict the use of deadly force. Yes, investigations must be called for - but so too should accountability.
Sleeping in a drive-thru must not end in death.

See, he was killed because he was sleeping in a drive-thru. It wasn't for fighting with the police and taking a weapon, fleeing and pointing it at them.
