This is a complete joke of a skit, but it actually happened, well, outside of the ending. But the entire time leading up to it is almost mirrored in this skit. I remember this a few years back in NJ. The "community" tried to say that black cop shot him when his hands were up. To put this in perspective, the cop already knew the perp was released from prison after firing on a police officer.
