Police Fire Rubber Bullets to Disperse the Crowd in San Jose California

In this .54 sec. video clip, you will see demonstrators kneeling before the police, to show they will not resist arrest. Filmed on 4th St. in San Jose, during the peaceful protest against the murder of George Floyd. The event you didn't see on the evening news, I capture HERE on my portable video/camera. The police form a line of resistance and close down 4th St. and fire rubber bullets at the crowd that wasn't blocking the street, until the police got there.

The police said it was an unlawful assembly. This is another example of the erosion of our civil liberties in America, we do not have the right to free assembly, when it’s right in the Constitution:

I don’t know how much clearer the Constitution can be, than Congress shall make no law to “abridge the right of the people to assemble peaceably”? But apparently the judicial branch has spoken and now you need a permit to assemble peacefully.

What the founders should have done is put it THIS way: Congress shall pass no law and the judicial branch shall not misinterpret our words and take away people civil liberties.
