Trump appoints his most retarded son as a honorary epidemiologist and chief soothsayer in a clever move to attract the inbred, autistic and developmentally challenged vote and thus solidify his support among those that voted for him 2016.

"The coronavirus will "magically, all of a sudden go away and disappear and everyone will be able to reopen" after election day, according to Eric Trump.

The president's middle son accused the Democratic Party of engineering the coronavirus pandemic to keep his father from hosting campaign rallies, he said during an appearance on Fox News Saturday. According to Eric Trump, the virus will disappear after election day, November 3.

However, the comments stand in direct opposition to statements from public health officials on both the origin and the trajectory of the virus. Most anticipate a larger second wave of new coronavirus infections in the fall and winter.

"They think they're taking away Donald Trump's greatest tool, which is to go into an arena and fill it with 50,000 people every time," Eric Trump, who is the executive vice president of the Trump Organization, told Fox News' Jeanine Pirro."

That actually sounds about right.

So rather then discuss the merits of the criticism that Democrats seem to be hyping this virus in an attempt to hurt Trump you choose to name call.

Seems like it takes 3-4 months. The IMHE projections seem to be correct this time.

I think 1-2 months at the beginning of March would have been substantially over optimistic, but it does seem that the Wuhan virus kinda burns itself out.

After he sarcastically derides the correct notion that the virus does tend to burn itself out and disappear on its own.

MOO!

EWIK MAKE MOO, TOO!

EWIK! GOO! BOI!

This is the typical analysis that the mainstream media does on Trump's policies.

Maybe a cut above, in fact.

Oh my lordy I didn't think the Trumpists were so sensitive, so sorry but maybe they should have a word with their leader about name calling...

Your charts are meaningless given all the counties you show have been in lock down to suppress the virus and as they come out are still maintaining social distancing and other measures to not spread the virus. Is there any legitimate scientific basis for the magical thinking that it will burn its-self out, other than it runs out of available hosts, herd immunity? I haven't seen it.

Haven’t seen like evidence for your theory either.

Btw we are doing the exact same thing those countries did as well.

It already has disappeared in South Florida, people are all still wearing a mask, but I get looks like.

"Oh! You can do that!?" When I walk around with my mask on my chin. Not looks like... "Hey! Put that mask on right! You're endangering everyone here with the chance of being exposed to this very contagious Plandemic viral hoax!"

Nobody freaks out when you lean into their space in the packed Home Depot or grocery store. I think Bars will be open by next Monday fuck all of this nonsense.

Oh! And there is going to be Hell to Pay come election day. It's going to be a Curse Word, to be a Democrat politician. They are going to suffer the biggest defeat across the ticket to anyone other than the Democrat incumbent.

Trump needs to drag Debbie What's her face slutz, out into the open, She's been hiding like the Rat Cockroach that she is. Hoping out of sight out of mind with the voters.
She needs to be brought out into the sunlight this election season for all to see. And if the typical Republican challengers stay in media silence while waging a campaign against the most vile, evil and corrupt Congress critter there is. I'm going to campaign against those Assholes calling for investigations into their finances. As they are all clearly professional candidates, who pay bills with campaign contributions every two years.

Sick of the Bullshit!

Everyone is testing much more as well. Theoretically the cases should be increasing. That's not what those graphs are showing. Not sure there's much of a conversation or debate at this point.

It never even appeared in many places. Franklin County, FL (panhandle) had 2 cases and no deaths. They're more open now, but I've had to cancel two trips now to St. George Island because of this BS.

My own county in IL is still at 2 deaths out of 105k. Apparently the definition of a pandemic changed at some point? Given how my county is built, it's almost impossible for a pandemic to be a thing out here. I can go weeks normally without getting within 6' of people without even trying to do so. No one is wearing masks out here because there is no pandemic here. The one size fits all approach has been a disaster.

I tend to agree with this. The problem was initially and is to a lesser extent still is lack of effective and rapid testing. Nobody really knew or understood how widespread the infections were. And the asymptomatic population issue is still a real problem. Compounding this is (was)the mobility of the country. A county by county approach does make more sense.

I think the outdoor restrictions are simply overreaction and will prove to be mostly worthless. If common sense is used in limiting numbers in groups and using some social distancing most outdoor activities are safe. Slowly that it is dawning on Governments.
