Anybody remember the "threat alert" that used to be on "news" channels during the Bush administrator?

I'm looking for clips of the terror-o-meter if you recall those. The "threat level" was raised whenever the Bush administration was caught doing something, well, unethical to say the least.

I like to collect propaganda for posterity, and I was wondering if anybody could find any clips of it.

I can't find any video of it. I was stupid and should have recorded it when it was happening. I think it's important to document media and government deception for future generat ions.
