...A High Impact Late Season Winter Storm will bring Mountain
Travel Impacts Today into Early This Week...
.An additional 1 to 2 feet of snow is expected leading to periods
of mountain travel impacts. For those who must travel, expect
chain controls, possible road closures, snow-covered roads, poor
visibility, and significant travel delays. Snow levels will lower
down to 3,000 to 4,000 feet Sunday night. Storm total snow amounts
will likely range from 1 to 3 feet, locally over 4 feet possible.

* WHAT...Heavy snow occurring. Travel will be very difficult to
impossible. Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 2 feet, with
localized amounts up to 4 feet for higher elevations, are
expected.
* WHERE...Eastern Shasta County, Western Plumas County/Lassen
Park and West Slope Northern Sierra Nevada.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM Monday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for significant reductions in
visibility at times, chain controls, and possible road
closures.
