I don't think we "need" it necessarily if I can correct myself. I just think religion gets in the way of progress overall. It's backward thinking. Trump gives zero shits about religion outside of playing the game now that he's in it and it's pretty obvious.

While I enjoy the humor, memes, etc. the Democrats are truly in a sad state. I've said before competition makes us better. We have a non-democrat socialist and a senile weirdo as the front runners for the other major American party. Running against a NYC real estate developer, casino operator and reality tv show star.

Not that Trump has done anything wrong to me and I think we're in a much better place than where Hillary would have taken us. I think we could still do better. The Democrats are frankly a worldwide embarrassment. I hope anyone that says they're voting for Bernie or Biden know that 80%, yes 80% of people are laughing at you.

Remember, not everyone votes, so don't try and twist this later if the popular vote is close in November. I personally think skipping voting by a registered voter during an incumbent year is a vote for the status quo.

Yes, but Dems may get the last laugh. Places like California flood themselves with illegals that will be Dem voters. Dem policies in those states create high taxes and other situations that cause the "natives" to leave for better situations in Red states. However, those expat "natives" bring their politics with them. That turns states like NC and VA Purple, then Blue. You may see the same happen to Texas. Any state that has polices that allow a decent standard of living will be a magnet for these Blue state locusts who will come in and spoil it.

Tuesday night, former Vice President Joe Biden announced that Beto O’Rourke “will be the one who leads” his gun-control effort. “Hell yes, we’re going to take your AR-15,” O’Rourke, a former Texas congressman and Democratic presidential candidate himself, famously promised in a debate in September. They are “weapons of war, designed to kill people efficiently on a battlefield,” he warned.

O’Rourke vowed to “buy back every single assault weapon” but said that he would use force if people didn’t voluntarily agree to selling their guns. The former candidate also appears to support all the currently discussed gun-control proposals.
