The DNC told the local iowa precincts to use an app they made to aid with counting viability of candidates. not only did the app often fail but precinct captains did not know how to use the app. They should have been trained months before the election. It only worked 20 percent of the time."

"How is it possible that they found out the app didn’t work a few hours in. They reverted to the old way of calling in the results and still can’t get it till tomorrow. they are doing what ever they need to do to have their candidate win."
