So pack some heat, or at least a good knife or a collapsible baton. You can really ruin someone’s day with a baton properly used against joints and faces.

Their break rooms are off campus. You wouldn't want them on workman's comp because of gunfire and screaming PTSD. Perhaps BART employee donuts with GPS or flare guns so the passengers could send a beacon before their cell phones are ripped from their hands.
