Yes, I could see that lots of politicians might be getting nervous about their real income sources and they hate Trump for that.
They expected to get rich betraying the people who elected them, and now it's getting a bit harder to do that.
I'm not entirely sure Trump doesn't have something like that going on with Jared Kushner's weapons deal with those shit-stain Saudis who murdered Americans on 9/11, but at least Trump is not the usual crowd. That's worth something.
