A man was killed and five others wounded in a shooting Sunday evening in Marseille, around 22 hours, city of Rosiers, in the 14th arrondissement of Marseille, reports La Provence.
The shooting took place in front of a grocery store where young people from this neighborhood are used to meeting. Thirty cases were found on site, 7.62 caliber, which suggests that the fugitive sniper [s] were armed with Kalashnikovs.
Already ten killed in settling of accounts
The city of Rosiers had already been the scene of an onslaught of violence on September 15, with eight men, aged 22 to 40, shot by wounds in three separate cases. Five of them had been hit by small arms fire as part of a rival gang brawl, a few meters from the bars of the city, near McDonald's Saint Barthelemy, in the Sainte-Marthe neighborhood.
Since the beginning of the year, ten people have been killed in settling scores in the Bouches-du-Rhone, including seven in Marseille. If the thesis of the settlement of account is confirmed in the shooting of Sunday night, it will be the eleventh death in these circumstances.
