Selective enforcement of laws is generally an indicator of tyranny.

Exactly. And the only time BART cops ever did do something is when a black kid ate a McMuffin at the Pleasant Hill station.
I rode BART for twenty years between South City and SF and never once saw a BART cop in a station or on a train. Apparently they were all busy keeping law and order in Pleasant Hill.
So, basically, what tovbot is saying: "we love our shithole BART, don't even think of starting to clean it up, because it would be ray cist!".
