Stop with Russia. That lobotomy of an investigation has been done for months now. What actual point are you countering? The Ukrainians did not start an investigation into the Biden's, they didn't think the aid was tied to starting one and they got their aid.

According to Taylor the Ukraine is a super important ally that needed the aid immediately because one soldier died when he was there one week. If this ally is sooooo important, then you should trust what they're saying and move on from this farce. There was no bribery or quid pro quo. Now you understand if you don't trust them, Trump withhold aid for the reasons he stated would be perfectly feasible. And if holding back the aid was an actual issue or illegal, not one house member on that committee brought it up.

Actually watch the entire hearing from the other day from start to finish. If you're an independent thinker and put aside EVERYTHING the media has put out on it, you'll see what was an unmitigated disaster. If you have not watched the entire thing, you're just spitting out sound bites from news sources.

Anyway, we all have our own opinions.

Really? Which opinions do you hold that aren’t 1)media propaganda and spin or 2)Democrat talking points?

Wookieman watched the hearings and formed his own opinion from the input. That’s intellectually honest. What is NOT is to just accept the media spin (of which there was plenty) and form your “opinion” based on your political partisanship and wishful thinking.

Wizard’s first rule: “People will believe a lie because they want it to be true, or because they are afraid that it’s true.” Thanks Terry.

I'm on delay for today's hearing. But seems the goal of the Democrats is to make the former Ambassador seem weak and was threatened. So sick of hearing "that's my understanding" and "that's what I was told." More hearsay. Lot's of unsure responses from her and too much "thinking" of answers that should be right there in the brain bank.

She's doing better than the other tools though (Kent and Taylor). We'll see, just got done with the D's counsel questioning. Slightly worried she's going to get shredded here though. We'll see. I'm willing to admit I'm wrong on things though unlike some others here. Given they've had the only question time so far, it's clearly leaning the Dem's way right now.

And that's it. Fox spins it to make their questions and the answers look damning to impeachment. CNN and others of that ilk do the same. I'm very non-political as sarcastic as that sounds. But we're talking about impeaching an elected POTUS over a fucking phone call. I never called for Obama to be impeached. Voted for him in '08. Fuck the media. Watch this shit. It's important. And then don't watch/read ANY media summary or clips for day.

Soak in what you watched for a bit. THEN look at what the media puts out there. If it's not obvious as the sun rising that you're being fed bullshit, then you're probably doomed. WATCH this stuff. It's kind of your civic duty.

Nope. Clearly you don't understand body language and verbal cues combined that tell a story of their own. Oh well.

And yes, sure if it's some hearing on NASA funding or something like that. This is an attempt to remove a duly elected POTUS. I'd watch and formulate an opinion if this happened to Obama. The word impeach should have never been brought up with Obama's name/presidency either. The Democrats are setting an awful precedent here so far.

Clinton had the balls to go through the process

Clinton committed actual crimes, perjury and suborning perjury. In fact Clinton lost his law license and was fined $90k by an actual judge in a court of law for these acts. Nothing to do with Monica, it was about the Paula Jones sexual harassment.

Devin Nunes:

Were you envolved in the Trump phone call — NO
Were you involved in the pause of funds — NO
Did you talk to President Trump, Mick Mulvaney— NO

I’m not sure why your here, this is more of a human resource issue instead of an impeachment issue....

This is starting to sound like a parade of Shop Steward grievances. That is, the witnesses are upset by being bypassed in council and action, just like when a Union files a complaint about a non-union person doing a Union job. They are mad that Trump does not use them exclusively for foreign policy matters.

It's funny how Ukraine, the little country most of us Americans can't even find on a map is a media galore these days. It's that way because rich mother fuckers want that on the news. The new age click bait.

I haven't watched tv or read news seriously in over a month, clearly missed a lot of pointless drama.

1. Ex-ambassador #Yovanovitch is a career diplomat
2. who was fired because President Trump had no confidence in her.
3. There's nothing wrong with that,
4. but her feelings were hurt.
5. Trump tweeted
6. and her feelings were hurt again.

The end.

It's almost as if Yovanovitch, as an unelected bureaucrat civil servant, thinks it's unconstitutional that she should be carrying out the President's Policies, rather than the ones her and her Georgetown Liberal Hegemonist Theory calls for.

"How dare the President construct Foreign Policy! That's our unelected bureaucrat privilege!"
