Handing the Republican-controlled senate all the power during the upcoming election season? What could possibly go wrong? (or "right" if you are rooting for the Republicans) I hope the senate does a thorough show trial including guest testimony appearances from Strzok, Page, Comey, McCabe, Lynch, Clapper, Brennan, etc.

When he’s acquitted by the Senate, that just going to make it all look not only pointless but punitive to Americans for not electing the “proper” person in 2016.
