Wait - you would ask a state that has some of the highest tax rates, highest utility rates and highest Gas prices to manage electricity?? They already screwed it up royally by shutting down just about every nuke plant that produced clean energy.
I'm in NorCal and our county is looking into taking over our own energy production. PG&E needs to die. Quickly.
