For all of you who don't understand history:

"The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments. When sitting for that Purpose, they shall be on Oath or Affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present."

Onvacation says
Oath or Affirmation.

"An oath is a promise to a deity and an affirmation is a pledge on one's personal honor. Both are legally binding promises to tell the truth and subject the oath-taker or affirmant to penalties for perjury."

So be done with this "impeachment investigation" and impeach the president or STFU.

The Senate will have one hell of a time selling any impeachment as the fruit of the current effort.
It is illegitimate and any vote on impeaching will be illegitimate as there was no vote on the inquiry, and it was all done in secrecy with secret witnesses, using rules that were changed to reclassify a Treasonous leaker spreading lies and misinformation as a "Whitleblower".

McConnell has sealed his fate even saying they'll vote on it. He knows as well as anyone the current act is a coup not a legal proceeding.

We haven't gotten to the Electorate ruling on it yet. Nancy is dead wrong when She says the Voters wont decide. Not only will they prevent this Coup, they will show her why 2@ is so fucking important.

To be honest I sorta hope it does come down to that. A lot of mother fuckers will never America move forward, any other way. Regardless how many elections they lose.
