Buildings like that should all be used for shelters when these storms hit rather than the mass evacuations and the stupidity of buying up every morsel of food and every drop of gas. People just need to be safe, not buy a bunch of SHIT!
Ever see the videos of the Storms that level those Caribbean islands. The Tourists up past the third floor are high and dry and safe watching everything blow and wash away below them. They are drinking beer and smoking doobs on the balcony while the island goes to shit.
