Reminds me of my Neighbor that drank himself to death in just one month shy of the anniversary of his retirement.
He went from looking like the picture of health for a 62 year old guy. Great health normal beer consumption. To not eating and drinking a gallon of Vodka a day.
I saw him about a week before he died.
He had open sores on his legs, and legs were swollen from ankles wide, up to his knees. And he had purple feet.
I saw that and said, "Dude, you really need to get to a Doctor man, that does not look good. "
He said "I saw the Doctor this morning, he said I'm in the best shape of my life."
