Many of them are; some evidently are not.
The guys who do these crimes are so dumb it's amazing; last year some drove over to Jupiter island and did a home invasion robbery.
The dopes didn't realize there are various cameras; one as you drive northward on the island, and a couple more if you approach from the north. Basically, any car driving there is photographed coming and going.
Dumb guys are sometimes still aggressive so therefore dangerous.
Sometimes for fun I have a piece nearby while I'm watching TV; I have a twisted fantasy that someone will kick down the door to come bother me.
Of course it hasn't happened and never will; watching too many of those "Cold Case files" on Pluto has brainwashed me.
